A bit of advice:
If you are a light sleeper, I suggest
booking the double room rather than the twin, as the double room overlooks the back
garden, so is quieter.
Also, if you prefer a shower to a bath, the double room has a shower (no
bath).
And if you prefer a bath to a shower, the twin room's bathroom has a
roomy bath (but no shower).
GUEST LOUNGE

small table by chimney breast, to eat at or work at
TV with
Freeview channels, and catch-up TV

KITCHEN (breakfast is served here — breakfast
menu)
Where you enter the kitchen, this is the 'guest-end' of the kitchen,
where you may make use of the:
guest fridge, microwave,
kettle, toaster,
crockery & cutlery, guest
sink for washing-up.
The far end of the kitchen is where the host cooks.
(Nb: This end of the kitchen is off limits to guests.)
SMOKING: There is no smoking within the
premises. However, if you'd like to smoke, you may do so outside;
if it's raining, there's a carport where you can smoke under cover.
Just let me know, and I'll fetch you an ashtray.
